We are packing, processing & posting orders twice a week so we really appreciate our customers patience & understanding, we’re a small team doing our best! 

You will receive an ‘Order Complete’ email on the day your order was shipped which will help you calculate the timeframe for expected delivery. 
Also please note that Australia Post is under enormous pressure with the effects of COVID-19 and new restrictions. Therefore extensive delays on all parcel post is to be expected over the next few months. Unfortunately this is out of our control but we encourage you to contact us if your have concerns about an unprecedented delay – We are HERE for you!
 

Returns 

Items will be exchanged or refunded for ‘Change of Mind’ if returned with 21 days of shipping date, in full original condition, tags attached and with proof of purchase enclosed.

HERE does not cover the cost of return shipping unless an item is faulty.  

No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

No refunds or exchanges on underwear, swimwear or earrings for hygiene purposes.

Faulty items will be repaired/replaced/refunded at the discretion of Here Home Style & Design.
